Microsoft Office Mac Language Change
Jun 09, 2008 Microsoft Office for Mac (unlike many other software and manufacturers) does not allow you to change the installed language, it is customised depending on the country of purchase. The Spanish version only allows the program to run in Spanish. Click the Word menu, or the menu for the Office application you opened, and then select Preferences. Under Authoring and Proofing Tools, click East Asian Languages. Select JapaneseSimplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese. You'll be prompted to restart the Office application to apply the change. Office for Mac is sold in individual languages only. However, if you're able to download a trial version of Office for Mac in English then your product key should still work to activate this edition. Unfortunately, many sites redirect to localized language versions of Microsoft products, so I'm unable to guide you to a specific site.
-->If you are an Office 365 global administrator, you can set up Skype for Business to play its default voicemail greeting in another language. The default system greeting is something like, 'Please leave a message for John Smith. After the tone, please record your message. First, read this important info:
The languages that are available to you are determined by the location of your organization. For example, if your organization is located in the United States, you can set the default language to English or Spanish. If your organization is located in Canada, you can choose between English and French. For a list of supported languages, see Languages for voicemail greetings and messages from Skype for Business.
There's no way to change the system language for only one person in your organization. You can only change the greeting language for everyone on your organization.

Users can change their own greeting language through their settings after they sign in.

Change the system language for everyone in your organization
Sign in with your Office 365 global administrator account athttps://portal.office.com/adminportal/home.
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, choose Settings > Organization profile.
Troubleshoot Microsoft AutoUpdate. Open Safari and download the latest version of Microsoft AutoUpdate. Press Command + Shift+h. Select a language from the Preferred language list for everyone in your organization.
